Amstar Global Partners invests in emerging markets experiencing strong and sustainable economic expansion due to a combination of several key factors, including governments committed to economic reform, robust per capita GDP growth, rapid urbanization, meaningful and increasing foreign direct investments and a shift from agriculture to manufacturing and service related industries. Our research indicates that a strong imbalance exists between supply and demand in our target markets. Due to insufficient domestic capital formation and a lack of institutional quality real estate, we see an attractive opportunity to participate in profitable local development ventures in our target markets.
Amstar Global Partners will enter into joint ventures with strong local developers who have the track record, development expertise, depth and breadth of organization, and above all else integrity to represent Amstar and its investors in the local community.
In return, Amstar will provide in-country and corporate support to maximize the returns to the venture through active design optimization, institutional construction expertise, active asset management and access to global capital markets for financing and sales.
