Investment Criteria
Amstar Global Partners pursues development opportunities anywhere but is initially targeting Russia, Ukraine, India, Turkey and Vietnam as well as other high-growth markets in the Commonwealth of Independent States and South Asia. We prefer to establish long-term, strategic partnerships with local developers that have extensive market knowledge and strong real estate investment experience. While our equity investments typically range from $20 to $25 million, no upper size limit exists. We seek opportunistic development returns on all property types including multi-family, office, retail, hotel, industrial, residential, mixed-use. Our typical holding period ranges from 3 to 7 years.
