Ulf Pettersson
Director of Development and Construction
Ulf Pettersson is responsible for overseeing the development, construction and property management of Amstar’s projects in Turkey, Russia and Ukraine.
Mr. Pettersson has more than 35 years of experience in construction and real estate development in Western, Central and Eastern Europe as well as in Africa and the Middle East. Prior to his position with Amstar, Mr. Pettersson served as Vice President and Property Director for IKEA and was responsible for the development and construction of eleven ‘Mega’ shopping centers in Russia. Prior to that Mr. Pettersson was the Country Manager for Skanska in the Czech Republic. During his time in the Czech Republic, Skanska acted as a general contractor for projects from different product sectors as well as a developer for residential projects. Mr. Pettersson’s track record also includes work on projects in Sweden, Libya, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Hungary and Spain.
Mr. Pettersson holds masters degrees in Civil Engineering and Business Economics.
