Thomas M. Herzog
Thomas M. Herzog is the Chief Financial Officer of Amstar Advisers, responsible for Amstar’s accounting, finance, risk management, tax and information technology functions.
Before joining Amstar in 2011, Mr. Herzog was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of HCP, Inc., an S&P 500 real estate investment trust. Prior to HCP, he held the same title at Apartment Investment and Management Co. (AIMCO). Prior to AIMCO, he was with GE Capital Real Estate where he served as Chief Accounting Officer and Finance Technical Advisor working on real estate transactions. He started his career with Deloitte & Touche working primarily in the real estate group.
Mr. Herzog holds a B.S. in Business Administration from North Dakota State University and an M.S. in Business Administration from Iowa State University.
