Chief Financial Officer
Kevin J. Martin is Chief Financial Officer at Amstar Advisers responsible for accounting, finance, risk management, tax and information technology functions. Mr. Martin has been with Amstar since 1990. As a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Martin has a broad base of experience in public and private accounting, as well as in real estate investment, development, and lending.
Prior to joining Amstar, Mr. Martin served in senior management positions for various real estate companies, responsible for all accounting, finance and tax functions, including job costing, loan servicing, construction and permanent lending, tax planning and risk management. Mr. Martin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Martin is a cum laude graduate of California State University, Northridge, and he earned his M.A. from the University of Southern California.
