Executive Director
Gerry Morgan is an Executive Director of Amstar and is responsible for the financial operations of the company’s investments in Turkey, Russia and India. Mr. Morgan’s responsibilities include accounting, financial and investor reporting, tax compliance and debt financing. Mr. Morgan was previously a Managing Director of Prologis leading its Financial Planning and Strategy Group in Denver. Prior to that, he was President and Chief Financial Officer of American Residential Communities and Managing Director of National Operations at Archstone.
Mr. Morgan holds a B.S. with distinction in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Stanford University.
