Manor Springs is a master-planned, luxury residential development on an 89 hectare plot approximately 25 kilometers south of Kiev’s center. It is in Kiev’s most affluent and desirable suburban residential market and has excellent transport accessibility with only a 30 minute drive to downtown Kiev. Current plans anticipate 250 single family homes, a clubhouse, an international school and supporting commercial development situated around a series of lakes.
The housing market in Kiev is structurally undersupplied. The gated-community concept is well established in other Eastern European markets such as Moscow but is under-developed in Kiev, giving Amstar Europe a distinct first-mover advantage.
