M6 Logistics Park

M6 Logistics Park is a phased development of a Class-A logistics center. The 55 hectare greenfield site is located 16 kilometers from the boundary of Kiev on the M6, the main highway linking Kiev to Western Europe. 40 percent of all Ukrainian traffic passes along this highway. The site has very good visibility and is near the intersection of the M6 and Kiev’s ring road, allowing easy access to all of Kiev and other major cities in Ukraine. Upon completion, the project will have a leasable area of 262,000 sqm.
Kiev has significantly less modern warehousing space than the other Central and Eastern European capitals. A relative lack of supply of quality logistics product and properly zoned land will lead to low vacancy rates and strong rent growth, allowing Amstar Europe to capitalize on improving real estate fundamentals.
