Kstovo Industrial Park

Kstovo Industrial Park is a multi-phase industrial development located in Nizhny Novgorod, the fourth largest city in Russia. The Nizhny region is Russia’s leader in automotive manufacturing and its strategic location along two key transport corridors makes it a major hub for distribution and manufacturing. However, Nizhny Novgorod only has 10,000 sqm of modern warehouse space, while the remainder of the existing stock is inefficient and out-dated.
With excellent visibility and access along the M-7 Highway, a strategic artery that connects Moscow with Nizhny Novgorod, Kstovo Industrial Park was developed to take advantage of the regions significant supply/demand imbalance by offering Class-A warehouse space, serviced land and build-to-suit options. The 32,000 sqm Phase 1 building was recently completed and is 80% leased. Overall, the site includes 33-hectares of land that allows for up to 180,000 sqm of leasable area.
