Galleria Stolitsa

Galleria Stolitsa is a planned shopping center development near the city center of Kharkov, the second largest city in Ukraine. The 4.3 hectare infill site is in direct proximity to downtown Kharkov in a densely populated area. The site has exceptional vehicular and public transportation accessibility as it lies along the city’s primary east-west traffic artery and is adjacent to a metro station. Upon opening, the Laguarda Low-designed project will feature 31,150 sqm of Class-A retail space and one level of underground parking.
With less than 200 sqm of modern retail space per 1,000 inhabitants, the Kharkov retail market remains underdeveloped. The majority of other pipeline shopping centers have been stalled and tenant interest is high in Galleria Stolitsa due to its western design features, superior location and Amstar Europe sponsorship.
