Amstar’s Global division focuses on real estate development and investment in dynamic and rapidly growing emerging markets throughout Europe, Asia, and South America.

Amstar invests through separate private equity funds which it establishes to invest either directly or through joint ventures in real estate projects with local development partners. Investments include high quality, well located office, hospitality, retail, industrial, residential, and mixed-use projects.

Amstar’s United States division is headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Amstar has been active for over 20 years and, since inception, has completed more than $3.6 billion in real estate investments across all major products throughout the United States and internationally.
